Steps to get remote service

Step 1: Contact Us

Just fill out the form on the right or call us at 054-225-7705. Please provide as many details as possible about the problem your computer have and what is the exact service you want us to provide for you.

If you do not receive a reply from us shortly, please check your spam folder; The answer may have accidentally arrived there.

Step 2: We connect to your computer

We use advanced software which allows us to solve the problems of your computer without the need to be near it. During the diagnosis of your computer, you can see the whole process on your screen.
It is very easy to install the required software on your computer. If you want to enable us to check your computer, you will have to install the following software.

Software installation: first download it and place it on your desktop, then double click on it and install it, wait until you see the window with ID and password.

Contact us with your ID and password and wait until we are able to connect to your computer. Our technician will then start working. Once the tests or the repairs are finished, the software will get closed and will disconnect us from your computer to ensure security and keep your computer in a protected mode.

Step 3: Get a computer diagnostic free of charge

Once we connect to your computer, we will proceed with a few tests to find the problem quickly. All diagnoses are free. As we have completed the initial inspection we will send you a quote for the service required.

Alternatively you can choose one of the other prefabricated packages concerning your repair. These packages allow you to skip the stage of diagnosis and give us immediate access to your computer in order to repair it.

Step 4: Make a payment and get service

There are number of options for making the payment after you’ve received a quote. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Isracard, Dainers, American Express), bank transfer or through PayPal.

All the stages of the process are secured. Upon receipt of the payment, we will remotely fix your computer.
