About Us
My name is Vadim. I’ve been repairing computer equipment since 2006, and over the years MacBook repair and other Apple computers — iMac, Mac mini — became my main specialization, always at the component level. RepairPC is not a chain with front-desk clerks and “assembly-line technicians”: I diagnose and repair your computer myself, from the first inspection to the final testing, and I never outsource devices to third parties.
Repair, not block replacement
Most shops work simply: faulty board — replace the board, lines on the screen — replace the screen. That’s fast for the technician and expensive for the client. I work differently: I find the faulty component and repair the board itself, the screen itself, the keyboard itself — microsoldering, SMT and BGA component replacement, power circuit restoration. That’s why devices that other shops gave up on regularly end up here — and most of them leave working.
Quality I stand behind
Technical intuition is something I was born with, and years of work have only sharpened it and made it professional — no manual can replace that. But intuition is only half the job. The other half is diligence: quality never gives way to speed in my work, every screw is in its place and tightened properly. I always think about making sure the device doesn’t come back — not with the same fault and not with a different one. The lab is equipped with professional component-level repair tools: a microscope, an ultrasonic bath, and lab-grade soldering and diagnostic equipment.
The client always gets more
I always do a little more for the client than agreed. Every computer leaves the lab cleaned of dust and washed — though nobody asks for it. Loose screws are always tightened; small issues that take no extra time — even light corrosion cleaning — I fix free of charge along the way. If I spot a more serious problem that will lead to a failure later, I say so honestly and we agree on a price separately: no work and no charges without your approval. I’m always on the client’s side and do everything so the computer serves you long and reliably. But my main measure is my own satisfaction that everything was done properly — no cut corners.
How MacBook repair works at the lab
You bring the computer to the lab — diagnostics are free and carry no obligation. After that you get an exact quote and decide for yourself whether to proceed. Typical repairs are usually ready the same or next business day, subject to parts availability; complex component-level repairs take longer — timing is agreed honestly and upfront. The work is covered by warranty. There are no house calls and no remote repair: serious diagnostics are only possible at the lab, on proper equipment.
