I recently contacted the owner to discuss a potential purchase. Unfortunately, the interaction was very unpleasant. When I expressed that I wasn’t comfortable with the quoted price, the owner became quite aggressive and condescending. I understand that disagreements over price can happen, but I didn’t expect to be spoken to that way. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable dealing with this business again.

After spending 2 hours on the phone with Dell tech support and no solutions, I decided to visit Vadim after reading on his site that he can flash bios chip, a process which requires special tools and expertise that many tech shops don't do. In the end, it turns that I didn't even need this done. Vadim immediately got to work on my PC and found the root of the problem which was, a faulty charge port. He fixed my PC in about half an hour and saved my job, after other places told me they would need at least a few days to fix it. Very efficient and fair pricing as well. Saved me lots of time, money, and stress. Fast fair and honest. This is someone who actually cares and doent make you feel like just another case number. I highly recommend Vadim for anything computer or electronics related

A part of my computer caused it to overheat, its USB did not work as a result. I received the computer as good as new and he also repaired the computer's cooling system for me at a fair price. Thank you very much for the service, I recommend.

I turned to Vadim with a burnt motherboard. He managed to fix it. After a few days a problem arose with the battery. Vadim fixed it under the warranty he gives, simply excellent service and a gracious professional. The computer has been working for a week like new and in extreme use. From now on only Vadim!

Vadim is one of a kind. He really practices professionalism and phenomenal customer service (very rare in Israel).
He's not a bargain, but his price was completely in line with my 3 other quotes. For what you pay, you get someone who is completely committed to fixing your computer properly with no excuses.
He completed the major fix and battery flawlessly. A few minor keyboard problems popped up which are time-related and he is sticking with me until they are fixed.
For Mac products you can check the major Apple repair places but you'll never get close to the service Vadim provides.
Update May/24: Just had further dealings with Vadim. Just as personable and totally stands behind his work.

Best repair experience I've ever had. The owner is very nice. He did a quick check before to estimate the cost of the repair, very clearly communicated the price and reason for the malfunction of my MacBook. The work itself was fast as well (1 day!). The place has parking nearby; so you just arrive, drop off your MacBook and come back later to pick it up. Pricing is fair and the repair goes above and beyond. 5 stars!! Highly recommend.

My macbook pro was running slow and was unreliable. Pasha Root and Vadim Aelov from repairpc.co.il did an ultrasonic cleaning on it, and swapped out the hard drive for an SSD drive. I am still in shock and how great my laptop runs now! I was able to take it out a few days later to record the audio for BBC television and know that I can count on it to work perfectly. Thank you guys for the amazing and time efficient service!

It's a state of the art lab in a private residence. Vadim is an experienced repairman who can spot a small problem and big. He gave an accurate estimate from a photograph I sent. There were complications and he minimized the cost of repair and completed it to my satisfaction and given that I was in a bit of a rush, he completed the repair while I waited. He speaks Hebrew, Russian and English and was great to do business with.
