When you contact us via the contact form or by phone, your name, phone number, email address and message are stored — solely to respond to your request and process the repair. When a device is handed in, the details needed to open the repair order are recorded: name, contact details, device model and serial number, and fault description.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and web analytics services for anonymous visit statistics (which pages are viewed and from which devices). This data does not identify individual visitors. The site also displays a Google reviews widget, which may use its own cookies under Google’s policy.

How data is used

Client data is used exclusively to provide services: contacting you about the repair, notifying when it’s ready, and warranty service. Data is not shared with third parties and is not used for mailings without the client’s consent.

Device contents

Diagnostics and repair may require access to the device’s system. Client files are not viewed beyond what the repair requires, not copied and not stored. Information learned during a repair is not disclosed, except where required by law.

Client rights

Clients may ask what data of theirs is stored and request its correction or deletion — a phone call or message is enough. Data not required for warranty and accounting purposes is deleted upon request.
