In most cases, the keyboard can be repaired if there is a mechanical problem with some individual keys, for example, the button has fallen off or it is sticky, or it prints twice when pressed, etc… But sometimes the keyboard is so badly damaged that it cannot be repaired and the MacBook keyboard replacement is necessary.

Since the end of 2012, the keyboards in all MacBook Pros and MacBook Airs have been fixed to the case with aluminum rivets. As Apple did not plan to replace the keyboard alone, in case of some problems with it any Apple-authorized workshop is required to replace the entire upper case including the keyboard, trackpad, battery, speakers, etc., well, everything that is glued and installed on this top case, depends on the MacBook model.

Of course, if the MacBook is under warranty or falls under the free keyboard replacement program, then it would be best to replace the entire upper case, including the keyboard, battery, etc.., for free, but not everyone has the time and patience to wait 2-3 weeks or even more until they do it, especially here in Israel.

Since most problems with MacBook keyboards are repairable, it is not necessary to immediately run to the Apple service and change “everything” wasting a lot of time. We can help you solve some problem related to the MacBook keyboard for very cheap, and sometimes even free of charge.

If you spilled coffee or any other liquid on the top of your MacBook, don’t wait and hope that it will be fine. In 90 out of 100 cases it won’t be fine! Sooner or later, problems will begin with your MacBook. As a result, you will have to pay a lot more to get your MacBook fixed!
