These terms describe how RepairPC lab (repairpc.co.il) provides its services. By handing in a device for repair or using this website, the client accepts these terms.<\/p>\n
The lab performs diagnostics and repair of Apple computers (MacBook, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, Mac Pro) and laptops. Devices are accepted at the lab only; no on-site or remote repair is provided. Delivery of the device to and from the lab is arranged by the client.<\/p>\n
Diagnostics are free and carry no obligation: after diagnostics the client receives an exact quote and decides whether to proceed. The price is fixed before work begins. If additional faults are discovered during the repair, work is paused and continues only after the client’s approval.<\/p>\n
Payment is made upon completion of the repair by any convenient method: cash, credit card, bank transfer, Bit, PayBox, PayPal. An advance payment is requested only when a part is ordered for a device that remains with the client.<\/p>\n
Typical repairs are usually completed the same or next business day, subject to parts availability; complex component-level repairs may take up to 10 business days. Timing is agreed upon at drop-off; urgent cases are prioritized whenever possible. All estimates are approximate.<\/p>\n
The client must back up their data before handing in the device: the lab is not responsible for data preservation during repair. Device contents are confidential: files are not viewed beyond what the repair requires, and no client or device information is shared with third parties.<\/p>\n
By handing in a device, the client confirms being its lawful owner or acting on the owner’s behalf.<\/p>\n
Repairs and replaced parts are covered by warranty in accordance with Israeli law. The warranty does not cover new damage (drops, liquid, third-party intervention) or faults unrelated to the performed repair.<\/p>\n
Faulty parts replaced during repair are recycled. Upon request, a part can be returned to the client \u2014 please mention this when approving the repair.<\/p>\n
After notification that the repair is complete, the device is stored for 90 days. After this period, an unclaimed device passes into the lab’s possession to cover repair and storage costs.<\/p>\n
The lab’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service.<\/p>\n
